    Do I need to package the item?

    To avoid additional damage to the suitcase, it is necessary to send it wrapped.

    Most parcel services also do not accept unwrapped goods.

     

    What happens if upon inspection you determine that the damage is not covered by the warranty?

    If we cannot repair your suitcase under warranty, we will get in touch with you to discuss further procedure. If you agree to cover the costs, we might still be able to repair the suitcase for you.

    Should we find that you suitcase cannot be repaired, you can choose whether you want us to dispose the luggage for you free of charge or if you would like us to send it back. However you would need to cover the postage.

     

    How long will the repair take?

    It is our goal to have the most common spare parts on stock at any time. This way we can do the required repairs within a day and the whole procedure including shipping should not take more than 3-5 days.

    However, since HEYS has a great variety of different products, it is not possible for us to have all parts on stock. Should we have to order parts for a repair, the processing time increases up to 14 days, since all parts are delivered from overseas.

     

    What details the customers are required to send when returning the items:

    • Copy of proof of purchase.
    • Copy of the warranty card.
    • Full contact details (including email address and telephone number)
    • A cover letter detailing the repair/s required.
